We own this top floor lake front 3 bedroom condo at Vista Cay since it was first built in 2007. Dan Waldron and his company, VC Orlando resorts rental, has been managing it now for close to 5 years. This is the first time we have stayed in it this year for extended vacation and really enjoyed our time here in Orlando. Our kids also visited us while we were here. The amenities, location and the large space are perfect. The management company has been taking care of our property in a wonderful manner. They are on top of all the maintenance, accessibility and all communications. They are honest and our rental revenue stream has been wonderful since we have been with them!
