As one of the only resort hotels near Orlando International Airport and hotels near Disney World, we have a location unlike any other property in Orlando. We are adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center and only a short ten-minute drive from Universal Studios and SeaWorld Orlando. Walt Disney World and the airport are both just 20 minutes away by car, while the unique entertainment and dining scene of International Drive is less than a five-minute taxi away.

Daniel Waldron 

Owner & Property Manager

Daniel is the owner and manager of Orlando Resorts Rental. He joined his mother and ORR co-Owner, Stephanie, in 2012 after working at The Walt Disney Company where he gained valuable hospitality experience in various guest-facing roles. Since then, he’s helped grow the company from a single unit to over 60 at the Vista Cay Resort, focusing on personalized service and top-notch housekeeping. Daniel serves on Vista Cay’s Board of Directors and holds a B.B.A. from Stetson University. He lives in Windermere with his partner, Scott, and their two dogs, Kiki and Selena. Daniel and Scott are avid Disney fans and love to travel.

Laura Reich

Marketing Manager

Laura joined the family business in 2021 after working as the Marketing Manager for a real estate investment firm in Baltimore, MD. At Orlando Resorts Rental, Laura works closely with our guests to ensure they have a wonderful stay and loves to share fun places for Orlando visitors to try on the company’s Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts! She is a University of Miami graduate (Go Canes!) and enjoys trying new restaurants, visiting the theme parks, riding her bike, doing yoga and pottery, and hanging out with her cat, Jet.

Brock Reich

Operations Manager

Brock Reich is an operations and business management professional with a background in real estate, hospitality, and finance. At Orlando Resorts Rental, he oversees accounting, compliance, and systems, helping the company run more efficiently and stay on top of its financial and regulatory responsibilities. He’s also focused on improving team communication and streamlining day-to-day operations. Before that, he helped grow a real estate firm by managing large property deals and optimizing internal processes. Outside of work, Brock enjoys biking, skiing, and exploring Orlando.
