Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or a late check-out, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability!
All of our apartments and townhomes use contactless entry! You’ll receive your door code and check in instructions via email 3 days prior to arrival.
Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests. Townhouses have a designated driveway for parking, and all other parking is available first come-first served within the gates!
Yes, our pools are heated to 85 degrees.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our rental units. We want to make sure all guests have a comfortable, allergy-free stay.
All of our units come fully furnished with fresh linens, bath and pool towels, a full kitchen, laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and TVs in each living room and bedroom. We offer starter supplies including hotel sized shampoo and bar soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and laundry detergent.
We do not provide daily housekeeping. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.
We are located about 20 minutes to Disney World by car.
We are located just across the street from the brand new Epic Universe park – less than 5 minutes by car! We are located about 10 minutes from the other Universal parks.
We are located about 5 minutes away from SeaWorld by car.
We are located about 15 minutes away from MCO International Airport by car.
We are located right next to the convention center! Less than 5 minutes by car, or a brisk walk on a nice day!
Yes, the resort is gated for added security and peace of mind.
No! Aside from the $160 cleaning fee including in your booking, there are NO additional fees or hidden fees associated with your stay.
We provide complimentary Pack n Plays, not full sized cribs. Contact us prior to your arrival date to request this for your stay!
Our fully equipped kitchens feature everything you’ll need to make a meal including:

The Vista Cay Resort offers three pools, two hot tubs, a splash pad, children’s water play area, playground, sport court, fitness center, game room, fire pit and two pool bars! Check out our AMENITIES PAGE for more information!
The pool bar features some quick snacks, but we are walking distance to full service restaurants including Beth’s Burger Bar, At the Diner, NYPD Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Smallcakes Cupcakery, classic Chinese, sushi and more!
The Vista Cay Resort is walking distance to a Publix grocery store and Walgreens Pharmacy.
